We started communicating with Chris thru Zillow in September of 2024. We lived in Chicagoland area, and were looking to relocate after retirement. We met Chris a month later in Gulfport,, while in a mini-vacation. He was very tentative, and really listened, to our circumstances, and what we would be looking for in Southern Mississippi. Due to an injury, and other issues, it took us a little longer, than anticipated. He would stay in contact, but not pushy, to see how we were doing. He is truly a caring person first, and a realtor second. Well, after all of our lives obstacles, we were able to finally find our dream retirement home in Diamondhead. I truly mean this: if it wasn’t for Chris’s patience, guidance, and knowledge, we probably wouldn’t have bought a house today. We don’t know anyone in this area. Chris Lain worked with my son and I for our relocation to the Gulf Coast from the Rocky Mountains. His assistance was OUTSTANDING! Chris really listened to us about what we wanted and found many properties for us which fit our needs in the price range we could afford.
